River Hawker Festival

The food festival brings back the riverside fare of yore in buffet style, with hawker favourites setting up store at the Fullerton for ten days only. Participating hawkers include Casuarina Curry Restaurant bringing its roti prata, Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis with its yong tau foo, and Riyan Hidayat’s Soto Ayam. The dinner buffet ($51/adult, $28/child) includes Fullerton Hotel’s trademark chicken rice and the all-new bak chor mee.
