Roll Out is a take-out sushi bar with the same multicultural outlook as cosmopolitan Singapore. Using the inside out sushi roll as its medium to hold on to rice, as well as salad, meat and seafood add-ins, the no-pork-no-lard options aim to be chowed down as an all-in-one meal. Local flavours feature in The Hainanese ($4.90), constructed with poached chicken, grated ginger and chicken broth-cooked rice, and in the Red Hot Chilli Pincers ($4.90) that's loaded with a battered leg of snow crab and chilli sauce ($4.90). Premium rolls include the Emperor of the Sea ($5.90) drape salmon sashimi slices over a roll of avocado, cucumber and wasabi mayonnaise, and Electric Una with eel, sweet kebayaki sauce and spring onions.
