Roman Foltan at Manhattan

As part of the bar's Friends of Manhattan series of star-studded arrivals, former Artesian (it's on the World's 50 Best Bars list) bartender and current Becherovka brand ambassador Roman Foltan takes time out of his personal holiday to serve drinks at the hotel bar. Punters get a tropical welcome in a complimentary Bohemian Colada cocktail, and three Becherovka-enriched drinks ($23) to try. We've also got our sights set on the Espresso Beton with coffee and East Imperial Tonic Water, and the Negroni of Becherovka, Campari, Mancino Rosso and grapefruit bitters.
