Presented by Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board), the festival features leading restaurants like Catfish, Estuary, Poisson and Sol & Ora. Carefully curated menus show off moreish Irish brown crab claws glazed with ginger and scallion sauce (Catfish); Irish blue lobster spaghettini with saffron ceam and lemon (Estuary); Irish whelk sautéed with shallots and honey butter soy sauce (Poisson); and Irish blue lobsters in a rich, creamy risotto (Sol & Ora).
