SPRMRKT: Dining With A Conscience
Back for its second installment, Dining with a Conscience aims to raise money for people with special needs via the Today Enable Fund. The dinners held at SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar features a six-course menu ($188) prepared by chef-owner Joseph Yeo in collaboration with photographer Isabelle Lim, a beneficiary of the fund who has Nager syndrome. The dishes are inspired by the different stages of Lim's life and consist of reinterpretations of her favourite dishes including xiao long bao and chicken rice.
Lim's photo essay exhibition, produced with her cousin Tham Yin May, titled Living With Grace is on display at SPRMRKT Daily on Level 1 from November 23 to 30 and is open to the public.
