Following the lead of the wildly popular omakase hole-in-the-wall Teppei next door at Orchid Hotel, Sushi Kou has introduced affordable $50, $80 and $100 chef surprise lunch sets lunch (minimum of two to dine), created around seasonal produce flown in from farmers and seafood suppliers in Tokyo, Hokkaido and Kyoto. The $50 set features seven courses of sashimi, sushi and cooked food, while the $80 and $100 ones feature premium meats such as Kagoshima wagyu ribeye.
