Right in the middle of Singapore’s art and culture district lies The NCO Club, a 1950s heritage building that once was a clubhouse for the British army. Most known for its Olympic-standard diving pool centerpiece, this bar will be hosting a live DJ and real-life mermaid performances at this New Year’s countdown party.
