Time Out says

Right in the middle of Singapore’s art and culture district lies The NCO Club, a 1950s heritage building that once was a clubhouse for the British army. Today, it’s a foodie enclave with restaurants and bars. Whether it’s dining at modern Cantonese restaurant Madame Fan or hitting up live music lounge Cool Cats, there’s an endless bevy of food and drinks to check out at The NCO Club.

The NCO Club will also be having two stellar countdown parties to ring in the new year (updated as of December 2022). With Cool Cats having a special performance featuring Latin musicians Veronica Barboza and the Ireson Band, it’s time to jive to the rhythm on December 31. It runs from 8pm till late, and starts from $248 for two (including show tickets, half a bottle of champagne, and bar snacks). Book Cool Cats for New Year’s Eve here.

As for raw bar Fish Pool – stay tuned for reopening details by mid-December. Most known for its Olympic-standard diving pool centerpiece, this bar will be hosting a live DJ and real-life mermaid performances at this New Year’s countdown party. Starting from 9.30pm, tickets start from $98 per person (inclusive of free-flow canapes and a welcome glass of prosecco). Book Fish Pool for New Year's Eve here.
