With an all glass facade and wooden finishings, this outlet has a charming laid back look with a biscuit-themed decor that reflects the personality of the neighbourhood. Patrons can look forward to the bakery’s perennial favourites including croissants, sourdough breads, and even Kouign Amann that’s best paired with the standard lineup of coffee options or a warm, comforting cup of tea.
The café also serves up special menu items exclusive to the Siglap outlet only. Your Royal Ryeness Milkshake is the headliner at TBB Siglap. This sourdough beverage is spiked with cold brew syrup from Common Man Coffee Roasters, an unconventional twist on the usual beverage.
Go for the Egg Mayo and Smoked Salmon Pain Feuilleté – a croissant sandwich packed with house-made egg mayo and smoked salmon spread. You can also stay for the Chicken Rillette and Tarragon Mustard Sandwich, or the Curried Chicken Rillette and Mango-Chilli Sandwich. Then, wash it all down with a cup of Black Sesame Oat Latte.
