Its name is quite a mouthful, but no it's not at Blanco Court Food Centre. This kway chap stall at Old Airport Road has garnered quite a loyal following, with many saying it's worth the long lunchtime queues for a faultless serving of kway chap (from $4). You get all your usual fix-ins of braised meats like pork belly, innards, pork skin, and more. But among all the items, its the succulent and flavourful intestines that have truly won the hearts of many. The broth is a delicate balance of sweet and savoury, with just a slight herbal tinge that keeps it palatable for the masses.
