Tokyo Sundubu

Tokyo Sundubu, a chain from Japan, joins Suntec City's Eat at Seven concept. For those who don't know, sundubu is a Korean collagen-rich stew with handmade tofu, chicken ($14) or beef ($17), or seafood like asari clams ($16) and shrimp ($24). You can pick your soup base and level of spiciness, too. If that doesn't sound good enough, there are also purported 'health and beauty benefits' to the soup, mostly in the estrogen-packed tofu and the red pepper that's supposed to kick-start your metabolism.
