The world’s first Michelin-starred ramen restaurant wants to be known for more than just its bowl of noodles. At its latest concept, Tsuta Japanese Dining, the menu now comes with a slew of other options – sushi cones, tempura, rice bowls, and many more. Highlights include dainty sushi cones stuffed with Hokkaido uni ($18) or ikura ($8), avocado ebi roll ($16.80) with spice-battered shrimp, and wagyu beef don ($19.80) drizzled with homemade steak sauce. Of course, its winning ramen will remain available on the menu.
