Using only auction-grade Bafun uni narabi directly air-flown from the Toyosu market twice a week, the burger joint promises to elevate burger gastronomy with these creamy sweet morsels.
And the typically exclusive experience in omakase restaurants is made accessible as servers will top the uni at your table without any gimmicks. Expect to sink your teeth into a kaleidoscope of oceanic flavours from a generous serve of creamy Bafun uni, fried prawn patty, some shredded lettuce, squid ink aioli and herb tartar between soft butter-brioche buns. The 100 percent pure prawn patty is also hand moulded in-house to ensure you get chunky bites of the naturally sweet prawns.
From now till August 9, uni lovers can now look forward to the exquisite burger that will only be available for dine-in.
