Wan Hao’s latest creation – the red vinasse chicken dumpling ($16) – comprises chestnuts, salted egg yolk and generous chunks of chicken thigh meat that've been marinated in rich red vinasse sauce. Those with a sweeter palate can opt for the coconut, brown sugar and red bean dumpling ($12) – dine-in customers will even have the option of enjoying this dessert dumpling with a heaped scoop of coconut ice cream.
