Each mouth-watering slice sports a perfect fat-to-meat ratio, a nice caramelised crust, and melts in your mouth. There really aren’t any praises left to sing about the pork. It comes with slightly soft wanton noodles, greens, dumplings and some good old pork lard. Plates begin at $4.
