Home-grown wines and spirits retailer, 1855 The Bottle Shop will be partnering up with Maisons et Domaines Henriot (MDH) to present two wine dinners on August 28 and 29. The dinners will be hosted by MHD ambassadors, Catherine Leonard and Victor Pepin, and the duo will talk guests through the featured wines including bottles from Champagne Henriot, Bouchard Père & Fils, William Fèvre and Villa Ponciago.
The first five-course pairing dinner will be held at Tóng Lè Private Dining ($198 for 1855 members/$218 for non-members). Diners can look forward to homemade noodles tossed in scallion oil served alongside tempura enoki mushroom, truffle and kombu paired with Bouchard Père & Fils Volnay Premier Cru Caillerets Ancienne Cuvée Carnot 2013. The second dinner will be held at Yan Ting, The St. Regis, and will feature six courses ($198 for 1855 members/$218 for non-members). Highlights include braised beef rib ee-fu noodles paired with Bouchard Père & Fils Le Corton Grand Cru 2013.
