So what sets this vintage shop apart from the rest? Terence Yeung, who co-owns along with his wife Bella Koh, reckons it’s their taste. ‘It sounds snobby, but that’s what all our customers have been telling us. Selecting a vintage piece takes a good eye.’ The couple is also focused on introducing LOHAS, a ‘lifestyle of health and sustainability’.
Perhaps fitting to the acronym – we’re still processing that one – they have a wide range of random offerings: vintage lamps ($280- $380), exotic plants ($23-$55), design books ($20-$100), buttons from the 1960s and pre-loved men and women’s clothes from around the world. ‘You might find a piece of Balenciaga, or a pair of sought-after Christian Louboutin [shoes],’ Yeung says. Pull up a vintage French chair and flip through a back-dated issue of Vogue under a colonial lamp while snacking on organic cookies (jar $25).
Men’s vintage $20-$200; ladies’ vintage $25-$300
