Loved Lego bricks as a child and still do? Then go crazy at the brand spanking new Lego Certified Store (LCS) at Suntec City. Spanning 2,088 square feet, it's the largest LCS in Singapore and will carry the most complete Lego collection and exclusive sets for you to shop from.
If you remember, the country's first-ever LCS was situated at Suntec City. To commemorate its homecoming, the new store will feature a Merlion mosaic wall designed by Singapore artist and Lego Certified Professional Nicholas Foo. It was painstakingly put together from 92,160 pieces of Lego bricks over 128 hours. Kids will also love the Monkie Kid-themed diorama, depicting an epic battle between characters from The Lego Group's first Chinese-inspired theme set based on The Monkey King.
Budding builders should check out Singapore's first Lego DOTS display wall. Modelled after the theme of family, the wall quilt invites the whole brood to recreate scenes inspired by the warm and fuzzy scenes of home with colourful DOTS tiles. Make full use of the Pick and Brick Wall and Build a Minifigure Station to customise your very own Lego set. You can even visualise what your completed set will look like before purchase – just head to Digibox, a special interactive kiosk powered by augmented reality.
