Time Out says

Pagoda Street is home to plenty of hawker stalls, Chinese restaurants, and little kiosks offering touristy souvenirs – a familiar image of the traditional Chinatown as we know it. But hidden amongst this hodgepodge of food and culture is a fresh new fashion haunt that’s popular among the younger generation. Located on the second floor of a shophouse, NearesTTen is a thrift store with curated fashion picks spanning across various styles.

Expect the most in-trend selection of vintage clothing for both guys and gals, including but not limited to good ol’ Von Dutch caps, denim staples, Juicy Couture bags, and Dickies pants – talk about a major throwback. Those going for the “soft girl” aesthetic can snag one of their many fairycore tops, while fans of the grunge movement can make a beeline for the array of band tees.

If you’re wondering about the thrift store’s moniker, it’s likely because their prices come in denominations of ten – i.e., the nearest ten – whereby all items are going for at $10, $20, and so on. These usually don’t go past $40, and are only priced as such if they’re particularly rare. Most pieces will simply set you back just a red note or two.
