This fashion design incubator project on the second level of Parco at Marina Bay is a collaboration between Parco and the Textile & Fashion Federation. It showcases works by up-and-coming local designers, with brands like Mae Pang, Sundays, Max.Tan, Pauline.Ning, Fuchsia Lane, Amuse, and more. Come April 2011, 12 new designers will join the fray: A.k.a Wayward, Wanderwonder, Kenji, Veira, @dressof thoughts, Ffayth, Twenty2Seven, Naked Room, Shito, Eve, Dead Broke Artist & Polka.
