Japan’s top online shopping mall, Rakuten, is coming to town for a three-day extravaganza (28-30 Mar). Just look out for an enormous Rakuten Shopping Bag installation at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza and check out the range of food, fashion, beauty, household goods, children’s toys and more on offer. Plus, there will be culinary demonstrations by Kuriya Fish Market’s chefs and local celebs like Michelle Chia and Wong Lilin.
