Highland Park 15 Years Old ($149)

From The 1855 Bottle Shop

Orkney-based distillery Highland Park has launched its new 15 Year Old single malt Scotch in Singapore. First-fill European oak sherry seasoned casks lend a warm, spicy aroma, while first-fill American oak sherry seasoned casks infuse sweet notes of vanilla. The 44 percent ABV whisky is then bottled in tactile ceramic packaging, embossed with designs that draw reference from ancient earthenware vessels.

From iShopChangi

The 181-year-old Speyside distillery launches a brand new expression: The Glen Grant 15 Years Old single malt scotch. Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then enhanced by non-chill filtration, the resulting amber liquid comes suffused with alluring notes of citrus and toffee. A nutty finish leaves the palate craving for more. Gift a bottle, or sip it by the dram at various restaurants and bars including Dragon Chamber, Public House, and more.
