The eight-week beginner course ($300) takes budding aerialists through a systematic series of exercises that increases body coordination, aerial awareness and confidence – so you can comfortably lift off the ground, take flight and perform tricks such as a back split on aerial silk, a lyra hoop or static trapeze. Those with prior aerial arts knowledge can drop in to one of Aerial Fitness’ open classes ($48).
