Yoga Lab offers a range of classes to suit all levels from complete beginners to experienced yogis. There are classes to find your zen such as Stretch and Hot 26, and classes to learn the proper postures such as Power and Flow. If you're not fired up enough for one class, you can also choose two different classes with the help of Yoga Lab's Chemistry chart to help you get to the practice you want. Duration of the classes range between 45 to 90 minutes.
Yoga Lab has two other outlets at 27 Boon Tat Street and 135 East Coast Road.
