Are You Game, Sau(dara)?

Centre 42 (Singapore) and Five Arts Centre (Malaysia) team up to present a double-bill, Are You Game, Sau(dara)?. This cross-causeway production is created as a contemporary response to Three Children, a 1988 play by Malaysian playwright Leow Puay Tin.

Helmed by Fasyali Fadzly, this interactive performance that explores various childhood experiences, memories and relationships. It is inspired by the tabletop role-playing game format in which actors face a variety of riddles and challenges whilst relaying the stories of the people of Melaka. With no fixed scripts, the audience is invited to participate in this experimental adventure alongside the performers.
