Doubt: A Parable

Now catch local theatre company Pangdemonium's adaptation of John Patrick Shanley’s Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play Doubt: A Parable. Set in the fall of 1964 in the most controversial borough of New York City, The Bronx, the drama follows Catholic school principal Sister Aloysius who is stoic and severe, and parish priest Father Flynn who is progressive and popular. Things heat up when Sister Aloysius starts to harbour suspicions about Father Flynn's actions involving a troubled student. And just like that, we find ourselves in the midst of a clash of authority, tradition, and faith.
