Time Out says

In 1831, Victor Huge (Les Misérables) wrote the novel Notre Dame De Paris to spur action to save the neglected and mutilated Cathedral of Notre Dame. And on April 15 2022, exactly three years after a fire devastated the same cathedral church, a grand musical based on Hugo's novel will take the stage to pay tribute to one of the world's finest examples of medieval gothic architecture.

Quasimodo, A Musical Story, produced by Sing’theatre and presented by BNP Paribas, follows the deformed bell-ringer Quasimodo as he falls in love with the Bohemian street dancer Esmeralda. Songs from the internationally lauded smash-hit musical Notre Dame De Paris will tug at your heartstrings as they bring to life the tangled web of love, jealousy and injustice swirling around Quasimodo, Esmeralda and her other suitors – the dark and complex Priest Frollo and unfaithful Captain Phoebus.

Directed by Nathalie Ribette, Quasimodo features a stellar cast of established theatre veterans such as Hossan Leong, George Chan and Vanessa Kee, as well as fresh faces like TJ Taylor, Joash Zheng, Preston Lim and Gabrielle Rae Sammy. Amazing dance sequences choreographed by George Chan are also set to light up the stage.

Catch Quasimodo, A Musical Story from April 15 to 24 at Alliance Française Theatre. For more ticketing information, visit SISTIC.
