Singapore Short Cuts, the nation's premier short film festival, marks its tenth anniversary this year with a selection of award-winning local short films, both recent and throughout its history. Highlights include Ang Geck Geck's Broken Crayon, Edward Khoo's Late Shift, as well as a dialogue session with local director Anthony Chen, whose Ilo Ilo recently won the Camera d'Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.
