While vegetarian food has long lost its stigma for being dull and unappealing, Japanese chef Aya Kakisawa has taken the vegetarian bandwagon to the next level, specialising in entirely vegetable-based meals, both sweet and savoury. Being a firm believer in educating others to eat well, she and the 2am:lab and 2am:dessertbar are hosting three special green-themed evenings. The third and last event will see a pairing of desserts and wine at the 2am:dessertbar while the first two are held at 2am:lab.
