The city’s largest pop-up dining affair returns for a second year with a whole new line-up of Michelin-starred chefs. Serving diners at brunch ($188/four courses and free-flow champagne) and dinner ($248/eight courses) with their unique cuisines are chefs such as Mads Refslund from Noma, Nathan Outlaw from his eponymous two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Hiroki Yoshitake from one-starred Sola in Paris, and German chef Rolf Fliegauf, who has four stars under his belt. Bookings opened last month, but check 4XFOUR’s website for last-minute seats.
