The festive season is almost upon us, and Bachanalia has served up an indulgent white truffle tasting menu for two. Executive Head Chef Ivan Brehm has imported ingredients especially from areas of Asti and Tuscany, and designed a selection of unique dishes which highlight flavour and aroma of the white truffle. Other courses will include a Lavender and Spring Onion en Papillote, and a traditional Piedmontese dish, Carne Cruda.
