What’s on

[title of show]

Things get a little (read: super) meta in [title of show], a musical that follows two writers writing a musical about two writers writing a musical. It follows two struggling artists, Jeff and Hunter, who are desperate to make it big. When they come across an upcoming musical theatre festival, they team up with their friends, Susan and Heidi, to submit an original piece. The only problem? They have three weeks to write it. As they race against the clock, the group starts to struggle with the reality of artistic ambition. What ensues is chaos, laughter and too-real and vulnerable moments of what it takes to be a creative. Directed by Eric Larrea and produced by Nathalie Ribette, the Singapore adaptation of the Tony-nominated off-Broadway comedy features a cast of exciting homegrown talents. It stars Andrew Marko and Rino Junior John, alongside Daisy Anne and Vanessa Kee.
