Au Chocolat, the whimsical French-inspired bistro-confectionery run by the same people behind Ku Dé Ta and Catalunya, marks its first anniversary this August. In addition to its usual menu, which features highlights such as its truffle fries ($15) - named by Time Out Singapore as one of the best in town - duck confit ($27) and Au Chocolat benedict ($18), it will offer cake pops, priced at a special $1, filled with rich chocolate ganache. Also, its mascots Danielle, OO, and Yu Fa will be on hand to entertain and take photographs with customers.
