If your favourite pastime includes a bit of doodling, chomping down on delicious pizzas and listening to music, then Beats & Doodles is the right place to be. The pop-up party takes over Lilibird, the event space above Mother Dough Bakery, for a slow and relaxing evening with good company. Everyone’s invited to scribble, draw, and express themselves however they’d like on paper while enjoying food and drinks. The menu has got you covered with savoury and sweet treats doled out of Mother Dough’s kitchen: tuck into freshly baked pies and comforting chicken meatball soup, before rounding things out with a scoop of butterscotch gelato, complete with a cookie on the side.

When it comes to the drinks, everything will be made from scratch. Quench your thirst with refreshing glasses of orange cola, or try a fizzy sorbet float, which pairs nutty pistachio-flavoured tea with sweet raspberries. Music, on the other hand, is supplied by DJs Cherry Chan and Umami Upapi, who will play a selection of their favourite new cuts and laid-back grooves as you chill and hang out ‘til late.
