Who or what is a Bellygom, you might ask? For the uninitiated, this giant pink teddy bear is a popular South Korean cartoon character known for spreading joy and surprising people. And to delight fans in Singapore, this cuddly creature is landing on our shores for the first time ever for the Bellygom Hawker Carnival. Running until May, this massive pop-up at Changi Airport Terminal 3 features photo ops, carnival games, merch booths and an unmissable 7-metre-tall inflatable of the adorable teddy.
Unlock your competitive mode at the hawker-themed game booths, where you can play games inspired by local dishes to win Bellygom merchandise like plushies and keychains, or redeem exclusive Changi Airport vouchers and goodies. At the hokkein mee stall, step onto an inflatable wok and complete a dish by catching air-blown ingredients, or hit up the traditional dessert stall for a game of ball toss.
Beyond the carnival area are several photo-worthy moments spread across the Airport terminal. Hunt for Bellygom and friends, and snap pics together against backdrops inspired by familiar, nostalgic neighbourhood sights, including a kopitiam, HDB void-deck tables, and old-school mom-and-pop shops.
