This National Day period, enjoy epicurean satay with choices like Wagyu beef, chicken and lamb loin complete with traditional accompaniments like rice cakes, fresh pineapple and peanut sauce. Other grilled seafood and meats such as sambal sting ray, and barbecued chicken wings will be served. Satay prices start from $3 and $6 a stick, to $12.50 per stick for the gourmet selection. Mixed satay platters go for $48 per plate.
Capella's National Day food festivities will culminate in Sunday Brunch on 10 Aug, which will feature the Satay Club station and other local delights with a twist, like chili and black pepper crab cakes and a bouillabaisse made from local ingredients and spices. The brunch starts at 12.30pm and is priced at $188 per person.
