Privé Grill is hosting David Freschi, owner of the award winning South Australian artisan winery, Casa Freschi Vineyard, for a quality-obsessed night of dining. Privé Grill’s Executive Chef Robin Ho will be preparing a 5-course meal to accompany Freschi’s wines, with plates including a carpaccio of Spanish octopus and Josper-grilled fillet mignon.
