After a successful collaboration in 2011 with the South Australian artisan Casa Freschi Vineyard to create an in-house wine label, The Tippling Club hosts a special wine dinner for owner David Freschi himself. This 5-course meal includes plates such as Nebbiolo Braised Monkfish and Venison, and of course comes complete paired with a variety of wines from Casa Freschi.
