Michelin-starred London chef Alyn Williams (pictured) is The Cliff's final guest chef of the year. The UK's Best Chef of 2012 will take over the kitchen to prepare six-course dinners featuring his signature foie gras semifreddo with lemon curd, hazelnut and coffee from 13-16 Aug ($188 per person) and the Sparkling Sunday Champagne Brunch on 17 Aug, which will include special dishes like huevos rancheros with fresh flour tortilla, black beans and heritage tomato salsa ($109 per adult, $79 per child of 5-12 years).
