Circular Spectacular!

As part of Singapore River Nights 2016, Circular Road’s brought to life with a street carnival featuring art installations, roving performances and interactive fringe activities for all ages – plus live music led by Lion Steppaz Sound, MASIA ONE and Reggae Remedy.
