Celebrate Chinese New Year with Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) and Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO) at their upcoming CNY Family FUN event. From January 26 to 28, 2024, enjoy 12 different activities lined up for visitors of all ages in the theme Engaging Traditions. This includes interactive games like a puzzle hunt, opera performances, workshops, craft activities, food exploration from different dialect groups and more.
There will also be a spring bazaar with 40 vendors selling handmade crafts and Chinese New Year goodies. Kids can explore Singapore’s new year traditions at BeLong’s Art Playground – a learning space inspired by our country’s nostalgic HDB playgrounds.
Of course, there will be a performance by the acclaimed SCO, entitled Rhapsodies of Spring 2024, celebrating this year’s zodiac animal, the dragon. Don’t miss out on giveaways during designated periods as well. This includes free ice-cream and limited edition SCCC red packets on January 26, complimentary Old Chang Kee goodies at their food truck on January 27, and more.
