Time Out says

This event has been postponed indefinitely.

Stressed and frazzled souls, it's time to take a step back and find your zen at Concert of Silence, a wellness festival by Singapore Sports Hub happening later this June.

On June 23 and 24, the Singapore Indoor Stadium transforms into a relaxation space complete with mindfulness activities pegged to the themes of air, fire, earth, water, and space. There will be fusion dance classes, yoga sessions, as well as meditation and breathwork workshops, giving ample opportunity for you to find your centre.

The first day kicks off with Air and Fire themes. Find freedom in a fusion dance practice blending silat and yoga moves, or ignite your soul through dynamic yoga poses that will challenge your focus as you marry movement, breathwork and meditation.

On day two, root down with earthflow yoga, a grounding practice that uses the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to relax and restore. Find your flow to the soothing sounds of Native American flutes and singing bowls in a practice that works the lower body, or transcend space in an immersive meditation session to the drone of the Digeridoo.

There are ten unique experiences to explore at Concert of Silence. Find out more about the activities available here, or get your tickets at the booking link from June 14 to 24. Prices are $45 per 90-minute session.
