Wolf plays host to Cristián López, corporate CEO (Asia) of Latin America-based wine producers Concha y Toro, who will bring in five of their best wines to complement an accompanying five-course meal. Featuring pan-seared Hokkaido scallops comprising of pickled mushrooms, lardon, bacon, and cauliflower purée, paired with an award-winning chardonnay, and other mains, dessert includes a pear tarte tatin and washed down with sauvignon blanc.
