Hot, sticky Singaporean days are better spent with a cool glass of wine, with those wines from cooler climates being perfect for the job due to their celebrated freshness, clean fruit, aroma and vibrant acidity. ODP are well aware of this compatibility, and are hosting a night pairing European wines with their own versatile cuisines. Dishes for this event include seared scallops with cauliflower couscous, risotto nero with confit calamari and caramel crème brulee.
