Time Out says

Are you ready to samba and brunch? If the answer’s yes, make a reservation at Sushisamba Singapore as it puts a Brazilian spin on F1 weekend with Race to Samba, its race-themed take on the Copacabana Brunch. You’ll want to come (extra) hungry: the indulgent spread goes all out with Australian tomahawk steak, spatchcock chicken, shrimp tempura and tozasu salmon, plus live robata and ceviche stations serving up fresh plates.

There’s plenty of sushi in the mix, too, as you make your way around the feast. Load up on nigiri and fresh sashimi, or go for hand rolls such as negitoro, California rolls and aburi maki. Don’t forget to make a pit stop at the F1-inspired dessert table. Imagine chequered flag chocolate and coffee cakes, strawberry tarts, and, yes, racing “samba”bons. And when it comes to drinks, the keyword is unlimited. But if you want to splurge, you can also upgrade with premium, luxury and limited-edition champagnes.

The boozy afternoon is rounded out by DJ and saxophonist sets and an exciting samba performance that’ll have you dancing between pours and bites.
