Lorenzo Antinori, the co-owner of Hong Kong’s acclaimed Bar Leone, is clocking in for a guest shift at Cygnet Bar. For one night only on 8 May 2026, you’ll get to enjoy a curated menu of six cocktails, three of which are Singapore-exclusive creations that are built around Another Hendrick’s Gin. There’s the Green & Gold Fizz, a fruit-forward highball that combines yellow bell pepper, mango and passionfruit; Il Cacciatore, a savoury glass topped with cherry tomato; and Pear & Shiso Gimlet, an aromatic serving that features shiso liqueur. Elsewhere on the menu are Bar Leone’s signature drinks, such as Fig Leaf Negroni, Olive Oil Sour and Caffè Paradiso.
To complement the beverages are bar bites from Cygnet Bar’s kitchen. Indulge in lobster rolls and classic Spanish pressed sandwiches, alongside staples like truffle fries, crispy karaage, seaweed popcorn and marinated olives.
Bar Leone opened in 2023 and claimed the title of World's Best Bar last year, making it the first bar in Asia to earn the top spot. Walk-ins are welcome, but make a reservation here to ensure you get a seat in the house.
