Put on your best pair of Japanese denim – Daniel Caesar performs in Singapore for not one, but two, back-to-back nights. The Canadian singer-songwriter, best known for his slow-burning, love-laced R&B tunes like “Best Part”, “Get You” and “Hold Me Down”, is in town in support of his 2025 album, Son of Spergy. Inspired by his reconciliation with his parents, the record features the themes of masculinity, faith, and self-importance. It was nominated for Contemporary R&B/Soul Recording of the Year at the 2026 Juno Awards.
This marks the third time the swoony crooner has played in Singapore: His first show was in 2018 at Far East Square, and later he took the stage at The Star Theatre in 2023. Now, he’s moving to a bigger space at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The Singapore shows kick off Caesar’s Asia tour, which takes him to cities like Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Jakarta and Bangkok. The singer will continue his trek in North America, where he is expected to play shows in Atlanta, Brooklyn, Toronto, Vancouver and loads more.
