Here’s a unique, enjoyable and memorable way to experience the breath-taking views of Marina Bay – on board a DBS sailboat. DBS Live more by the Bay aims to transform the Marina Bay area into a vibrant space that brings the community together to connect, discover and engage in meaningful experiences.
This year, DBS is introducing the DBS Audio Tour to enhance that experience. The insightful 11-minute audio guide accompanies you throughout your sailboat journey. Listen to captivating stories and interesting facts about the amazing sights you’ll encounter as you sail along the bay.
The sailing experience, provided by DBS, is available five days a week and is free and open to the public. Weekday sailing starts at 3pm and weekend ones start at 1.40pm, with all sailing ending by 5.40pm. The sail time is about 30 to 40 minutes per session and one boat can hold six participants alongside a four-men crew.
As you plan for the sailing event, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and flat or sports shoes, apply sun protection and arrive 10 minutes before your booked slot. Don’t be late or you’ll miss your slot. Lifejackets will be provided and must be worn at all times on the boat. And when it’s done, you can enjoy free performances at the DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre while you are in the bay. Make a day of it.
