The Disney fever has officially reached an all-time high in Singapore. Following the launch of the Disney Adventure by Disney Cruise Line, there’s now a DisneyStore.sg Pop-Up Experience landing at Great World, transforming the shopping mall’s atrium into a merch-filled haven for fans. Expect limited-edition plushies, homeware and more featuring your favourite Disney characters and films.
With May the 4th just around the corner, geek out over Star Wars as the galaxy far, far away takes the spotlight with a slew of exclusive collectibles. Highlights include The Mandalorian voice-changing helmet and an Obi-Wan Kenobi Legacy lightsaber set. And for the serious collectors, keep your eye out for the rare, limited-edition Darth Maul lightsaber hilt, though, as we hear there are only 5,000 pieces up for grabs. To add on to the Star Wars Day celebrations are a costume contest, craft workshops and colouring corners that even the mini Jedis and Siths can enjoy.
Elsewhere, find seasonal plush drops from Disney Japan, as well as Disney Mystery Bags that are packed with an assortment of surprise merch. Completing the whole experience are guided demo sessions of the trading card game Disney Lorcana and a daily pin trading board where you can exchange with fellow collectors.
