Equal is throwing open its stable doors and everyone is invited. The Open Stables Day is a heartwarming, family-friendly affair, where visitors can meet Equal’s herd of 15 therapy horses, including retired racehorses and adorable miniature horses. You’ll learn how these gentle animals support individuals through animal-assisted programmes, and get an inside look with a guided stable tour and discover how the horses are cared for. The event also has hands-on arts and crafts workshops designed for kids, and retail pop-ups featuring local favourites like Birds of Paradise, Curious Creatures and more.
