Enjoy a five-course menu fit for an Italian style Christmas, with dishes such as a carpaccio di trota, a carpaccio of ocean trout and salmon roe, a risotto di zucca e capesante, a risotto dish made with aged aquerello rice, and guancetta di wagyu e crema di patate ratte, a braised wagyu beef cheek with potato cream.

If that doesn’t interest you, opt for the eight-course degustation menu on New Year’s Eve, and greet the new year with a meal featuring dishes like granchio, avocado e peperoni, a king crab salad tossed with avocado guacamole and red capsicum sauce, and wagyu giardiniera e salsa verde, a grilled wagyu ribeye served with the giardiniera and green sauce.

The Christmas menu is available on 24-25 Dec at $128, and the New Year's Eve menu is available on 31st Dec at $228.
